The Girls in Florida!

While Mark was hard at work in the MFI hangar in Florida (which he will write about soon) the Beckwith girlies had the opportunity to explore somewhere new and have daily mini-adventures together! We took our camera everywhere during the trip so this blog post will be more photos than words to show you what we got up to!!

Of course we visited Mark in the hangar and enjoyed seeing the bigger aeroplanes ... the DC3's. Abigail loved walking around one with her daddy and even sat on the pilots seat!

We found lots of different beaches to have fun on ...

A few evenings we picked up Mark from the hangar and took him with us to beaches we'd discovered while he was at work!

The girls really enjoyed a new selection of great play parks ...

Some days we took a walk by the sea and found fun things like the mosaic benches ...

Abigail fell in love with the palm trees and was always ready to pose for a photo with one ... or simply just hug them! 'They're my favourite', as she would say!

Naomi took it all in her stride too, sometimes being a total goof, sometimes enjoying watching from a distance and other times letting it all just pass her by in dreamland!

Most days we'd spend the mornings exploring, coming home for lunch and then getting up to bits and pieces in the trailer, our home away from home, in the afternoons including work books, playing, reading, Easter crafts ... and eating Cadbury's Creme Eggs ... it wouldn't have been Easter without them!

There was lots of mealtime goofiness too ...

All in all the Beckwith girlies agree ... it was a great 3 weeks experience in a new place ... now we have just a small insight into what it might be like when we move from here permanently at the end of this year and get to explore somewhere new together while Mark settles into an MAF hangar!!
